Abstract
This research aims to palpate the levels of knowledge about this phenomenon and propose actions of psychological intervention with a rational-emotional-behavioral character to increase tolerance to frustration in pitchers of the baseball team, category 15-16 of the Guantanamo EIDE. The way he elaborates and responds to that state of frustration, will establish a personal way to solve these situations and to adjust his internal psyche with the demands of the game.
